For the purposes stated in this Notice, the above information, which are all encrypted, shall be captured, stored, and retrieved by the Company through the third-party host/server. The data gathered, stored, and reported by the third-party host/server is subject to strict security standards and protocols, shall be stored and processed with utmost confidentiality, and could only be accessed by the Company’s website administrators. The sharing of any information contained in the said database with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. The third-party host/server will store the non-personal identification information it collects in its database, which the company could access at any time through statistical reports. In any event, the information will be securely kept to maintain its confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Upon expiration of the period of retention of five years, the information collected through the company website shall be disposed of in a secure manner to avoid further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure of data.
Other than the foregoing, our company does not collect, store or process personal data, information through the access or use of this website. However, users may, through the appropriate email address/es found on this website, communicate with the company by way of email form in order to inquire, make requests, and relay concerns pertinent to the company, its products, services and/or this website.
While our company does not require users to send personal data, we understand that email forms may contain, or user-senders may voluntarily disclose by way of email forms, personal information in order have their queries, requests or concerns properly addressed and/or for purposes of generating or ensuring feedback from the company. Subject to the provisions of, including restrictions and limitations set forth in, Data Privacy Laws and Regulations, users-senders are entitled to: (1) be informed whether personal data pertaining to them, obtained via the email form, have been, are being and/or shall be processed; (2) access to any personal data obtained via email form by the company (subject to restrictions, including those which protect the right of others); (3) to object to the processing of personal data, including the processing for direct marketing, automated processing or profiling; (4) to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of personal data; (5) to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data, in violation of the user-senders’ rights as data subjects; (6) to file complaints before the National Privacy Commission; (7) to dispute inaccuracies or error in the personal data disclosed and/or given and to request the company to correct the same immediately, unless the request is vexatious or unreasonable; (8) to obtain a copy of the data in an electronic format; (9) any and all other rights under the law.
